Newbie Quilters Take Note
This Thursday, July 29, Lickety Stitch Quilts is offering a class for beginning quilters. We will cover how to choose fabric, cut with the rotary cutter, sew a 1/4-inch seam, match corners, apply sashing and borders - plus anything else you need to focus on. This class is appropriate for those who want to start quilting or have started and want to improve their basic skills. Bring your sewing machine, rotary cutter, ruler (6"x24" if you have one, or what you have) and cutting mat plus basic sewing supplies. If you need help figuring out your machine, we will work on that also. This class will be very customized to the participants, we will be finding out what you need to know and helping you with those skills so you can go on to create more and more beautiful quilts!
