Free Sewing Days All Week
We invite you to come in and sew in our classroom for a day or two Oct 4-9. It is always more fun to sew when there are other quilters with whom to socialize. We are opening up our classroom for the week for Free Sewing Days! Bring your friends, your projects, your sewing supplies, and your lunch (or go out for lunch at one of our Downtown eateries) and enjoy some fall sewing before winter sets in. Featherweight Friday
Sewing on a Singer Featherweight is a little like driving an old classic car. It is missing a lot of the bells and whistles of the newer machines, but there is such joy in the steady dependability of it's humming along to make perfectly straight stitches! Lets get together on Friday, October 8, and sew on our Featherweights! For those who would like to learn more about their Featherweight machine, at some point during the day we will have a hands-on demonstration of how to oil and lubricate your Featherweight. Call to reserve a seat for this free sewing day- 307-334-9963. We have a good supply of Featherweight supplies in the shop, as well as one 1936 Singer Featherweight for sale!
