Noil Fibers are the short fibers containing crushed pupa that remain after the silk is carded is combed for spinning. The short fibres and little neps give the noil fibre a nice texture for spinning or silk fusion. It has been combed, so it will be very clean.
Noil has the strongest silk aroma of all the silks due to the impurities. The majority of the scent dissipates after washing, but can return again when wet.
